In the meantime here is a peek at the new class I’ve been creating for the occasion!
“Dear Jane” is inspired by Jane Austen and her literary heroines… Jane had such a talent for expressing what lives within a woman’s heart, and this is what this deeply emotional and exquisitely colorful project is all about: We’re going to open up our hearts and honor our feelings in the intimacy of our art journal, by painting our very own heroine.
“We have all a better guide in ourselves, if we would attend to it, than any other person can be.”
This mini-class is inspired by a series of Jane Austen paintings that have a very special place on my journey as an artist (including the first painting I ever sold and my first magazine cover!) I’ve just finished filming and I think you’re going to love it!
